Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Automation Strategy & Framework Development - Design and implement automation frameworks using Playwright, Robot Framework, and Selenium.

- Develop modular, reusable scripts using JavaScript and Python.

- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins) for continuous testing.

- Quality Leadership - Lead a QA team of 45 engineers in planning and execution of automation testing.

- Define test strategies and ensure complete coverage across functional, regression, and smoke tests.

- Mentor team members on automation best practices and tools.

- Testing Execution - Conduct automated and manual testing across Web, Mobile, Windows Apps, and REST APIs.

- Drive functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.

- Manage API testing using Postman and Swagger.

- Process & Governance - Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects via JIRA and GitLab.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for release validation and quality sign-offs.

- Contribute to QA documentation, metrics, and test reporting.

- Continuous Improvement - Evaluate and introduce new tools and automation practices.

- Improve efficiency through test optimization and shift-left testing.
