About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and enable to focus on high-value work.

What You Will Do :

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain robust automation solutions across business functions

- Lead the development of integrations with internal platforms and external systems

- Embed AI and intelligent workflows into automation solutions where applicable

- Own and continuously improve parts of the Python codebase, providing technical guidance and best practices

- Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making

- Ensure high standards of code quality, security, scalability, and performance

- Collaborate closely with internal intellectual property experts to translate business needs into technical solutions

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the automation engineering team

- Write and review technical documentation, including RFDs (Requests for Discussion)

What You Bring :

- Strong experience as a software or automation engineer delivering production-grade automation solutions

- Advanced proficiency in Python

- Solid experience with at least one statically typed programming language (C#, Java, C++, Rust, or similar)

- Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL

- Proven experience designing and consuming HTTP APIs and integrating distributed systems

- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and automation best practices

- Proficiency with version control and collaborative development workflows (Git, GitHub)

- Experience working with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, and exposure to frameworks such as React, Vue, Svelte, or similar is a plus)

- Strong understanding of secure coding practices, including OWASP principles and basic cryptography

- Solid foundations in algorithms, data structures, and system design

- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts in English, both verbally and in writing

- Experience working in startup or fast-paced technology environments is an advantage.
