Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Support Senior Associate to support and maintain IBM Mainframe production environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Mainframe Operations, Production Support, and batch monitoring, ensuring high availability and smooth functioning of business-critical systems in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support IBM Mainframe (z/OS) production environments.

- Perform JES2/JES3 console monitoring and production support activities.

- Manage batch job scheduling, execution, reruns, and recovery using CA7.

- Troubleshoot production incidents and resolve issues within SLA timelines.

- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure system stability.

- Participate in rotational 24x7 production support.
