About the Role:

We are looking for a strong AI/ML Engineer with hands-on experience in GEO, AEO, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-driven search/ranking systems.

You will build and optimize AI-powered experiences that improve how content and information are discovered, retrieved, ranked, and surfaced by generative and conversational search engines.

What You'll Do:

- Build and deploy production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.

- Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI Search initiatives.

- Develop solutions using LLMs, NLP, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases and information retrieval.

- Work on AI-driven ranking, rank modelling, search relevance and retrieval systems.

- Analyze search intent, query patterns, citations, AI-generated responses and ranking signals.

- Optimize content and digital experiences for ChatGPT, Google Gemini and other generative AI platforms.

- Build experiments, evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure AI Search/GEO/AEO performance.

- Improve AI systems for accuracy, relevance, latency and scalability.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, SEO, Content, Marketing and Business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Stay ahead of developments in Generative AI, AI Search, LLMs, GEO, AEO and emerging search technologies.

Must-Have Experience:

- 4+ years of overall professional experience.

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in GEO, AEO or AI-driven search optimization.

- 1+ year of experience working with LLM-based ranking, AI search, rank modelling or search relevance systems.

- Strong understanding of SEO + GEO + AEO + AI/LLM-based ranking.

- Strong knowledge of semantic search, entity optimization, query intent and content relevance.

- Hands-on understanding of LLM ecosystems, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini or similar platforms.

- Strong Python + AI/ML engineering fundamentals.

Education:

- BE / B.Tech / Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.Tech / Integrated M.Sc./MS) only.
