Key Responsibilities :

- Define end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM/TPRM architecture, solution design and platform strategy for enterprise implementations.

- Design scalable application architecture, data models, workflows, security models and integration patterns.

- Translate business, regulatory, risk and compliance requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions.

- Provide architecture guidance across IRM, GRC, TPRM, Risk, Policy & Compliance and Audit Management.

- Review and approve technical designs, configurations, customizations, integrations and development standards.

- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server and enterprise integration patterns.

- Lead architecture reviews, technical assessments, performance reviews and upgrade readiness activities.

- Guide teams toward out-of-box ServiceNow capabilities and minimize unnecessary customization.

- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, security teams and senior leadership on solution decisions.

- Mentor architects, technical leads and developers; support estimation, solutioning and technical proposals.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture experience.

- Extensive ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience with strong TPRM exposure.

- Strong understanding of Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management and regulatory processes.

- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge : data model, ACLs, roles, workflows, Flow Designer and scripting.

- Hands-on integration knowledge including REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server.

- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations, upgrades and technical governance.

- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer / System Administrator.

- ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation certification
