JOB SUMMARY :

The Application Developer Basic Skills (SR) is responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of internal business applications and data workflows that support enterprise operations.

This role combines hands-on technical delivery with architectural oversight, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities.

The Senior Developer ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead the development and modernization of applications using low-code platforms, .NET, and legacy systems

- Architect structured data workflows and ETL pipelines using SQL Server, MySQL, and related tools

- Collaborate with business units and IT leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions

- Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards

- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to technical governance and best practices

- Provide advanced support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement for production systems

- Participate in solution design reviews, documentation, and deployment planning

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

- Years of Work Experience: 9 to 13 years in enterprise application development and support

- Educational Attainment: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred

- Required/Preferred Certification/Professional License (if applicable):

- Below certifications are preferred:

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

- Oracle Database SQL Certified Professional

- Microsoft .NET Developer

- Mendix Advanced Developer or equivalent low-code certification

- Knowledge and Skills Requirement

- Advanced proficiency in .NET (VB.NET/C#), SQL, and legacy systems

- Deep experience with low-code platforms (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix) and structured data management

- Strong architectural understanding of ETL pipelines, data governance, and performance optimization

- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers
