Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Senior App Developer & Coder with strong expertise in CRM, ERP, and EdTech solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with our educational goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, user-friendly, and impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications for EdTech platforms, CRM, and ERP systems.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Manage and optimize databases to ensure performance, scalability, and security.

- Develop responsive UI/UX using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related technologies.

- Handle system integration and API development for seamless functionality.

- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in EdTech, CRM, and ERP development.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in software development with expertise in app coding and system integration.

- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and related technologies.

- Proficiency in CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.

- Experience with CRM & ERP systems in an educational or enterprise setting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.

- Prior experience in the EdTech sector will be an advantage
