- Artic Consulting has an immediate opening for Senior Consultant, Application Development to join our team. This is a full-time, direct-hire, permanent position.

- Artic Consulting is growing operations in Ahmedabad, India and this position will be crucial in establishing India operations. The candidate will require to work in a start-up environment and must have roll up your sleeves attitude in its inception days.

- The Sr. Application Developer role provides an opportunity to work on an enterprise-level engine across various teams to make an immediate impact within a cutting-edge technology organization.

Description And Responsibilities :

- Take on priorities and provide commitments to the scheduled delivery of software and solutions for Artic clients.

- Participate in detailed design sessions to create solutions including external integration and

contractual details with external partners.

- Communicate innovative ideas to contribute to success for stakeholders or the organization.

- Research effectively and perform technical spikes when a task is outside experience.

- Good organizational skills and ability to take notes.

- Take advantage of opportunities to learn new skills through hands-on experience.

- Seek ways to increase the level of responsibility.

- Awareness and communication of potential conflicts and risks.

- Ability to identify probable causes of an issue and make suggestions for resolution.

- Assist in creation and development of proposals and statements of work in collaboration with

Business Development, PM, and other departments.

Required Qualifications :

- Prior experience of working with US based clients.

- Fluency in C# and .NET development patterns.

- Experience with developing and deploying APIs.

- Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure or AWS (Amazon Web Services) platforms (at least 2

years of experience).

- Experience with Azure DevOps and deployment pipelines.

- Expertise in the Microsoft Tech Stack including M365.

- Solid experience with build systems.

- Comfortable with front-end development.

- Expertise with SQL queries.

- Strong debugging skills.

- Technical excellence and commitment to quality.

- Ability to self-start and work independently.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Prior experience of mentoring and guiding Jr. team members.

Professional Skills :

- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred.
