About the Role :

We are looking for a Senior Application Delivery Engineer with strong experience in Procurement (P2P) / GST applications and a solid SQL/PLSQL technical background. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end application delivery, production support, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of procurement and GST applications used by business teams. This role requires a blend of functional understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and technical expertise in SQL-based application support and development.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Responsibilities :

- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including Requisition, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and issue resolution.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across procurement applications.

- Resolve procurement and GST-related operational issues raised by business users.

- Act as the primary interface between Procurement stakeholders and Finance teams for Source-to-Pay processes.

- Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, Governance, Audit, Risk, and other internal teams for seamless application delivery.

- Provide production support and ensure smooth functioning of business-critical applications.

- Manage application releases, enhancements, and incident resolution.

Technical Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database objects.

- Build and maintain REST APIs for application integrations.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, UI/UX teams, and developers to deliver business solutions.

- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Maintain technical documentation and user guides.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

- Work with IIS and Git-based version control systems.

- Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.

- Experience working with multiple enterprise applications.
