Senior Application Architect - Java/Spring Boot

Description :

- Required a Senior Application Architect to lead the design and delivery of a fintech Collection Application.

- The role involves direct customer interaction, requirement discovery, solution architecture, and end-to-end implementation ownership.

Technical Skills :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in application / solution architecture.

- Expertise in Java / Spring Boot or equivalent backend stack.

- Strong knowledge of API-first and microservices architecture.

- Strong customer-facing experience and work closely with engineering, QA, DevOps teams.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), Containers (Docker, Kubernetes), Messaging / event systems (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ).

- Strong database experience RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL), NoSQL (optional).

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and timelines.

- Experience in fintech / BFSI / NBFC platforms (Loan Lifecycle, Collection & Recovery, Payment systems etc.)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead customer discussions to understand collections and recovery requirements and solution design.

- Convert business needs into solution and application architecture.

- Define integration with core lending systems, payment gateways, and CRM.

- Drive development teams through design, build, and go-live.

- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and RBI guidelines.
