Senior Appian Developer

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Experience with Appian 20.x & above

- Appian Certified Developer and Sr.Developer

- Good understanding on defining and managing Security

- Experience with SAIL scripting

- Experience with building and using CDTs

- Experience with Task Reports, Records, Sites

- Worked with external integration

- Sound Knowledge on RDBMS

- Should have good knowledge on Appian best practices suggested by Appian

- Ability to understand/gather requirements and design/implement them

- Excellent communication skills

- Understanding of server side configuration used by Appian and their relevant use

- Ability to Analyze and identify errors from Log files

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the Appian and web-based applications

- Provide technical guidance to mid-level developers as and when required

- Understand the differences between REST, SOAP and the basic design principles in integrating to Web Services

- Works with business users to translate business requirements into technical designs to map and load data from source systems to the data warehouse

- Building critical Appian based application as well as associated integration components in Java

- Develop applications in Appian business process management and integrate with other COTS products

- Problem Solver and ability to estimate and size Appian business requirements

- Debug issues in Interfaces and Process Models.

- Appian Analyst and Appian Designer Level certified

- Ability to lead a team of distributed engineers

Knowledge of at least one major programming language

- Knowledge of Sites, complex SAIL Forms

- Should have done multiple integrations with external systems

- Ability to scope Appian Projects

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
