Senior Android Developer - Java/Kotlin

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Android Developer who is passionate about building high quality mobile applications.

As part of our mobile development team, you'll architect and build advanced Android apps, influence the technical roadmap, and mentor junior developers. You will have the opportunity to work on flagship products and AI-integrated mobile solutions that are used globally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define features and system architecture.

- Implement best practices in app performance, security, and usability.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and user experience.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Integrate with REST APIs and third-party SDKs effectively.

- Monitor app performance and usage analytics to drive improvements.

- Ensure the app complies with all Google Play policies and security standards.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Android applications.

- Proficient in Kotlin, with good knowledge of Java.

- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack, MVVM architecture, and modern design patterns.

- Strong experience with tools like Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, Room, and Firebase.

- Good understanding of memory management, multithreading, and performance tuning.

- Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience with Chromium-based browsers or custom browser app development.

- Knowledge of mobile analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Mixpanel).

- Prior experience in AI-driven or automation-based apps.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
