We are looking for Analytics Developer with strong experience in R Programming, Data Spell, Python, and PySpark to build analytics solutions, process large datasets, and deliver actionable insights. Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement advanced analytics solutions using R, Python, and PySpark.

- Leverage Data Spell and other data science tools to build, test, and deploy data models.

- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.

- Create dashboards and reports to visualize insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure code quality, documentation, and version control using Azure DevOps or similar tools.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in analytics, data engineering, and big data technologies.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Requirements :

- Minimum 9 years of professional experience in analytics, data engineering, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in R Programming for statistical analysis and data modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Data Spell or similar data science IDEs.

- Advanced knowledge of Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.

- Experience with PySpark for distributed data processing and big data analytics.

- Proficiency with SQL (SAP HANA SQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle DB) for data extraction and

transformation.

- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git Repos).

- Exposure to enterprise data sources (e.g., Salesforce, SAP BW, SAP AO, SAP ERP) is a plus.
