Role : Senior Analyst - IT & Information Security
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Analyst - IT & Information Security to join our team. In this pivotal L2 support role, you'll manage incident and service requests, escalating from L1 technicians or as defined by our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You'll be instrumental in following and enhancing documented processes, including Run-Books and Knowledge Base articles, to ensure swift and effective resolutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 4 or more years of hands-on experience in specific technology platforms, ready to take on complex challenges and contribute to our security posture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and resolve incident and service requests escalated by L1 support or those assigned directly, ensuring adherence to documented SLA timelines.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for operating systems, middleware, and various security-related platforms.
- Implement, configure, and maintain CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Application Access Management (AAM) solutions.
- Support and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, gather information, and translate them into new user stories for security enhancements and system improvements.
- Utilize and maintain a strong understanding of Active Directory for user and group management, as well as policy enforcement.
- Develop and update comprehensive Run-Books and Knowledge Base articles to improve L2 support efficiency and consistency.
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of emerging cloud concepts and security technologies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using scripting languages to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT & Information Security, with a focus on L2 support or similar roles.
- IAM Lifecycle : Strong understanding and practical experience with Identity and Access
Management (IAM) lifecycle processes.
- Business Analysis : Experience in a business analyst capacity, including writing detailed user
stories and requirements gathering.
- Active Directory : Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
- OS & Middleware : Advanced operating system (e.g., Windows Server, Linux) and middleware troubleshooting skills.
- Networking : Foundational knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Load
Balancers).
- Scripting : Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for
automation and task execution.
- Cloud Concepts : Familiarity with emerging cloud concepts and security considerations (e.g.,
AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and
resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with
technical teams and business users.
- Documentation : Proven ability to create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
