Position : Senior Analyst (ML Ops : Model Deployment & Monitoring)

Working hours : 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM IST

The Role : Take machine-learning models from data science into reliable production for banking clients : deploy, monitor and maintain them with strong controls.

What You'll Do :

- Package and deploy models with data scientists, for batch or real-time scoring.

- Build production scoring and data pipelines in Python and PySpark.

- Automate validation, versioning and release workflows.

- Monitor model performance, drift and failures; set up alerts, rollback and recovery.

- Partner with technology, security and governance teams.

- Maintain deployment documentation and runbooks.

What You Bring :

- Strong Python and PySpark skills.

- Hands-on experience deploying ML models and building production scoring pipelines.

- Sound grasp of evaluation metrics, drift and model performance.

- CI/CD, automated testing and model versioning experience.

- Strong troubleshooting across data pipelines and deployment environments.

- Banking domain knowledge and model governance awareness.

Nice to Have :

- Databricks and Azure experience.

- APIs, containers and orchestration platforms.

- Experience with model approvals and audit documentation.
