Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Analyst who can lead a team, manage payment governance systems, and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL, experienced with payment systems/reconciliation, and skilled in maintaining system stability while ensuring governance across workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and reporting.

- Manage, monitor, and enhance Payment Governance Systems for accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to maintain data integrity.

- Build and automate dashboards/reports to track key metrics and system performance.

- Identify anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution for payment-related issues.

- Define, document, and enforce processes, SOPs, and governance protocols.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit readiness.

Requirements :

- 3 - 5 years of experience in analytics, data systems, or system operations.

- Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized teams.

- Strong command of SQL and advanced querying techniques.

- Hands-on experience with payment systems, reconciliation, or financial data platforms

(mandatory).

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
