About the Role :

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI agents and scalable machine learning architectures. This is an individual contributor role that demands a high degree of autonomy, technical maturity, and a "founder's mindset" to manage complex projects from conception to production.

You will be responsible for building sophisticated AI systems that don't just process data, but act intelligently within dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Agentic Frameworks : Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning, tool-use, and self-correction.

- Scalable Architecture : Build and maintain robust, high-throughput ML pipelines and distributed systems that handle large-scale datasets.

- End-to-End Ownership : Take full responsibility for the ML lifecycle, including data engineering, model selection, fine-tuning, and production monitoring.

- Independent Execution : Operate as a self-managed unit, translating high-level business requirements into technical roadmaps and shippable code.

- Domain Integration : (Preferred) Apply AI solutions to optimize complex Supply Chain and Procurement workflows, such as predictive sourcing, automated negotiations, or demand forecasting.

Required Qualifications :

- Education : B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD from a Tier-1 Institute (IITs, NITs, IISc, or equivalent global top-tier universities).

- Experience : Minimum 5+ years of core experience in AI/ML development.

Technical Expertise :

- Proven track record of building AI Agents (using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom LLM orchestration).

- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning.

- Experience with cloud-scale infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).

- Proficiency in Python and high-performance ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

- System Design : Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including microservices, API design, and CI/CD for ML (MLOps).

Preferred Skills :

- Prior experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Procurement Tech.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.

- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) at scale.
