Job Title : Senior AI/ML Automation Engineer (812 Years)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and automation engineering solutions.

- Work extensively with CrewAI or other LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

- Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces to ensure interoperability between AI components and simulations.

- Build, optimize, and maintain agent-based systems for production use cases.

- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines leveraging embeddings and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

- Integrate AI systems with APIs and external services, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.

- Manage version control, branching, and workflows using Git.

- Ensure best practices in Azure/AWS development, deployment, and cloud-based database integration.

Required Skills :

- Programming : Strong proficiency in Python, including async programming and API integration.

- LLMs : In-depth understanding of OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and related ecosystems.

- Prompt Engineering : Expertise in crafting, optimizing, and evaluating prompts for LLMs.

- Vector Databases : Hands-on experience with Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma.

- Cloud & Databases : Experience with Azure, AWS, DynamoDB, and relational databases.

- MCP Server : Proven experience in MCP server implementation.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Frontend development skills in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js.

- Experience with cloud-native deployments and microservices architecture.
