About The Role :

We are looking for a Senior Agentic Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent autonomous systems powered by Agentic AI architectures.

You will work at the intersection of LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and real-world system integration, enabling AI agents to reason, plan, and act independently across complex workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building end-to-end GenAI applications and is passionate about moving from prompt-based systems to goal-driven autonomous agents.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Agentic AI systems using LLMs with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities.

- Build multi-agent workflows for decision-making, automation, and orchestration.

- Implement reasoning frameworks (ReAct, Tree-of-Thought, etc.) for complex problem solving.

- Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, databases, and event-driven architectures.

- Develop long-term memory systems using vector databases and knowledge graphs.

- Ensure reliability with evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and observability for AI systems.

- Optimize performance, latency, and cost for production-grade AI solutions.

- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deploy scalable AI systems.

Requirements :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, etc.

- Experience building agent-based systems / autonomous workflows.

Deep understanding of :

1. Prompt engineering & chaining.

2.Tool calling & function orchestration.

3. Memory management in AI agents.

AI/ML & Data :

1. Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.

2. Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.

3. Exposure to fine-tuning / embeddings / model evaluation techniques.

Cloud & Systems :

1. Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.

2. Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

3. Experience deploying AI applications using Docker, Kubernetes.

Desirable :

- Experience with multi-agent collaboration frameworks.

- Knowledge of AgentOps / LLMOps practices.

- Exposure to Autonomous AI tools like AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar.

- Understanding of AI safety, governance, and ethical AI principles.

- Frontend exposure (React / Streamlit) for building AI interfaces.
