Description :
- Act as the first line of technical support for enterprise customers using AI Gateway and the observability stack.
- Debug issues across APIs, SDKs, and integrations, working directly with engineering when needed.
- Reproduce, test, and validate customer-reported problems.
- Create clear technical documentation, guides, and troubleshooting playbooks.
- Partner closely with customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, quick resolutions, and exceptional experience.
Requirements :
- Solid coding background (Node.js/Python/Go preferred).
- Excellent understanding of APIs, testing/debugging, and developer workflows.
- Familiarity with the AI/LLM ecosystem (agents, RAG, MCP) and modern infra (Kubernetes, cloud, observability).
- Strong communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts.
- Prior experience in customer-facing technical roles
