Key Responsibilities :


Agile Delivery & Team Leadership :


- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring the team adheres to Agile principles, values, and best practices.


- Guide teams in delivering high-value increments consistently while ensuring alignment with product goals.


- Coach and mentor cross-functional team members to strengthen Agile maturity and promote self-organization.


Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement :


- Drive Agile change initiatives, including risk management, process optimization, and cultural transformation.


- Identify, implement, and refine Agile practices and improvement opportunities using Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles.


- Facilitate the removal of impediments and bottlenecks to enhance team efficiency.


- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs/metrics) to improve value delivery and operational productivity.


Stakeholder & Backlog Management :


- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined, prioritized, and refined product backlog.


- Maintain strong communication channels across teams, leadership, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.


- Demonstrate strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in complex delivery setups.


Tools & Agile Frameworks :


- Utilize Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent platforms for delivery tracking and collaboration.


- Apply structured backlog management techniques to maintain clarity, prioritization, and sprint effectiveness.


What we are looking for :


- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for 5- 10 years, preferably with large teams.


- Has experience in driving Agile Product delivery as Scrum Master


- Good demonstrable knowledge in and champion of Agile and Lean methodologies like Scrum, Kanban & SAFe


- Good Communication, coordination skills along with expertise in handling stakeholders


- Has demonstrable experience in establishing, driving and executing Agile change & risk management strategies.


- Solution Oriented individual with good collaboration skills


- Be able to coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.


- Support and coach team to identify and address impediments and bottlenecks that hinder progress and success.


- Be able to identify, drive adoption implement, measure and monitor key KPIs and/or metrics that will drive value delivery efficiencies.


- Drive process improvements and have demonstrable experience in utilizing various process improvement methods.


- Utilize tools and software such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or other Agile project management tools


- Has good expertise with Backlog Management


- Agile certification like CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP etc is good to have


- Has led a team of min 10 and who can ensure delivery


- Open to work from Pune Office (desirable)


- Good communication


- Can join immediately (preferred)
