We are looking for a Mobile Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality mobile applications for our SaaS-based platform. As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for building cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart that are functional, user-friendly, and scalable. You will work closely with our design and product teams to translate user requirements into seamless mobile experiences.

Additionally, experience with React.js will be a plus, enabling you to contribute to front-end web development projects. You will work closely with our design and product teams to translate user requirements into seamless mobile and web experiences.

Your goal will be to develop applications that meet business objectives while adhering to the latest industry best practices and design standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter and Dart

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver polished features

- Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and designs

- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications

- Implement efficient data storage and offline capabilities

- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and unit testing to ensure app stability and

responsiveness

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and

retrospectives

Qualifications & Skills :

Essential :

- 3 - 4 years of full-time mobile development experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart

- Successfully developed and deployed at least two Flutter-based apps (on AppStore/Play Store or available on GitHub)

- Familiarity with common design patterns, clean architecture, and UI/UX principles

- Proficiency in integrating third-party plugins and APIs

- Knowledge of offline data handling, multithreading, and app performance optimization

- Ability to read and refactor existing code with proper documentation

- Experience working in an Agile development environment

Mandatory Skill Set :

- Flutter & Dart

- Ability to work with Agile Methodology

- RESTful APIs

Additional Preferred Skill Set :

- React.js (for web front-end development)
