Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide L2 support for back-office trading applications (preferably TCS).

- Handle production issues, perform RCA, and ensure timely resolution.

- Work on depository systems (NSDL/CDSL) and digital account opening processes.

- Execute Oracle SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation.

- Perform Linux-based operations such as log analysis and service checks.

- Manage patch deployments, releases, and system changes.

- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders for issue closure.

- Support regulatory changes, audits, and daily MIS reporting.

Key Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of trading back-office applications (TCS BaNCS preferred).

- Understanding of depository systems (NSDL/CDSL) and digital account opening workflows.

- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Database, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.

- Experience working on Linux/Unix environments for logs, scripts, and configurations.

- Knowledge of production environments, patch deployments, and change management.

- Good understanding of BFSI domainbroking, trading, settlements, compliance, and regulatory processes.
