Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Saviynt IAM Developer with 45 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Saviynt implementation, identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, role-based access control, and connector development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Saviynt IAM solutions while ensuring secure and compliant identity governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.

- Configure and manage Saviynt workflows, rules engine, tasks, analytics, and access governance modules.

- Perform application onboarding using Saviynt Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) connectors and develop custom connectors where required.

- Implement Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver - JML) automation.

- Configure and manage certification campaigns, access reviews, and compliance processes.

- Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) models.

- Perform role mining and optimize access provisioning strategies.

- Troubleshoot provisioning issues, connector failures, synchronization, and user adoption challenges.

- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with enterprise applications.

- Customize Saviynt functionality using SQL, JSON, and Groovy scripting.

- Collaborate with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to implement secure identity governance solutions.

- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production support.

Required Skills :

- 4 to 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with enterprise IAM implementations.

- Exposure to Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, or other identity providers.

- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO 27001.

- Saviynt certifications are an added advantage.
