- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ITOM solutions within ServiceNow, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB to enhance IT operations and asset visibility.
- Design and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations that align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise IT strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity with external systems and cloud environments.
- Provide expertise in ITSM module implementations, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal, to improve IT service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.
- Drive best practices in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), business rules, UI policies, and API integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, MID Servers).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the CMDB, driving best practices for data governance, reconciliation, and automation.
- Support DevOps and Agile development workflows, participating in backlog refinement, requirements decomposition, and iterative solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex ServiceNow platform issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ServiceNow advancements, identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to documentation of technical solutions, best practices, and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications :
- 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, with deep expertise in ITOM and ITSM.
- Proven expertise in ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB best practices.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (scripting, workflows, business rules, integrations) and automation capabilities.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and MID Servers.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, and HTML for advanced customizations and automation.
- Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and optimize system configurations for performance, scalability, and security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive adoption.
- Commitment to IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with data confidentiality, integrity, and governance policies.
- Should be ready to work during EMEA Business hours (3 PM 11 PM).
