We are looking for an experienced Java/JEE Developer with strong expertise in enterprise-level application development and hands-on experience in reinsurance software implementation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding, adaptable to dynamic work environments, and capable of collaborating effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE technologies, and related frameworks.

- Work extensively with Spring, Hibernate, and Tomcat to build robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

- Participate in the implementation, customization, and enhancement of Reinsurance Software, with a strong preference for experience in Reinsurance Master from Sapiens.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve urgent client issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Contribute to the development of large-scale enterprise products, providing end-to-end technical solutions.

- Work on client deliverables that may occasionally require flexible work hours, especially for collaboration with US-based clients.

- Participate in code reviews, manage code via Git, and contribute to pull requests to maintain high-quality development standards.

- Support front-end development efforts; experience with Angular or React is an added advantage.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and quickly adapt to new tools and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Java and JEE technologies.

- Strong working experience with Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat, and other enterprise-level frameworks.

- Mandatory experience in Reinsurance Software Implementation and Sapiens Reinsurance Master.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to manage and resolve critical, time-sensitive client issues.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and versatile programming skills.
