Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Elixir Developer to join our backend engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional programming, scalable backend development, and real-time system design using Elixir/Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend systems using Elixir and Phoenix Framework.

- Build scalable and reliable APIs and microservices.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Elixir and Phoenix.

- Deep understanding of OTP, GenServer, and concurrency models.

- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar databases.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, etc.

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
