We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Warehouse Management Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management. This role requires expertise in warehouse technologies, migration projects, and process optimization. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.

- Manage and support SAP S/4HANA migration projects, with a focus on brownfield scenarios.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop scalable warehouse management solutions.

- Integrate WM/EWM with other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP, and TM.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.

- Optimize warehouse and logistics processes by leveraging SAP best practices and emerging technologies.

- Develop functional specifications, test cases, and training documentation.

- Provide end-user training, system support, and troubleshooting post-implementation.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project timelines, and quality deliverables.

- Keep abreast of the latest SAP tools, releases, and innovations in warehouse management.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC WM and SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM modules.

- Expertise in warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, goods receipt, putaway, picking, packing, goods issue, stock transfer, and inventory management.

- SAP S/4HANA migration experience (brownfield preferred).

- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, and QM modules.

- Experience with RF framework, barcode scanning, RFID, and warehouse automation systems.

- Knowledge of ABAP debugging for issue resolution (functional level).

- Proficiency in LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, and Interfaces.

- Understanding of EWM advanced features like Yard Management, Labor Management, Slotting & Rearrangement, and Wave Management.

- Familiarity with third-party WMS integration and automation technologies (Robotics, IoT, Material Handling Systems).

- Strong experience in preparing functional specs for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

- Proficient in solution documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Minimum 10 years of overall SAP experience, with at least 7 years in Warehouse Management (ECC WM or S/4HANA WM/

EWM).
