Skill Requirements :
- Experience with designing, configuring and enhancing SAP Warranty Management systems in Auto Industry.
- Experience in Warranty claim processing, recall management, Authorization, Vendor claim recovery Master warranty, Equipment master, VMS
- Experience in Labor code catalog, Work center, Service order, Service notification
- Expert in SAP-ABAP to debug Program
- Experience required in SD Pricing, Exposure to Warranty Claim Functionality and integration of SAP to 3rd Party System such as Web portal, Open Text etc
- Integration of SAP-Warranty to other area
- Worked on RICEF Objects in SAP-Warranty Area
- Supporting prioritization and scheduling of related activities/projects
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and support AMS and enhancement projects related to SAP Warranty Management in the Automotive domain.
- Design, configure, and enhance SAP Warranty Management solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Manage and support end-to-end warranty processes, including warranty claim processing, recall management, authorizations, vendor claim recovery, and master warranty setup.
- Configure and maintain Equipment Master, VMS, Labor Code Catalogs, Work Centers, Service Notifications, and Service Orders.
- Provide strong functional expertise in SD / OTC / CS modules, with a focus on warranty-related integrations and processes.
- Perform ABAP debugging to analyze and resolve complex technical issues and support functional enhancements.
- Work on RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) specific to SAP Warranty Management.
- Handle SD Pricing configurations and support warranty claim pricing logic.
- Manage and support integration of SAP Warranty with third-party systems such as web portals, OpenText, and other external applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Warranty and other SAP modules.
- Support incident prioritization, issue resolution, and scheduling of warranty-related activities and projects.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams, and end users during the US shift (2 : 30 PM 11 : 30 PM IST).
- Provide regular status updates, presentations, and walkthroughs to stakeholders and leadership.
