Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of practical experience to join our reputed MNC client in Pune. This role requires expert knowledge in SuccessFactors configuration and implementation across core sub-modules, such as LMS, PMGM, or Compensation & Benefits (C&B). The consultant must have proven experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation and possess a strong technical understanding of IT Security principles and data protection regulations relevant to HR systems.

Key Responsibilities :

SuccessFactors Configuration and Implementation :

- Apply expert knowledge and hands-on experience in SuccessFactors to design, configure, and implement solutions that align with complex business requirements.

- Lead all aspects of configuration and implementation within designated sub-modules, including Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), or Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

- Successfully execute and deliver a minimum of one full lifecycle implementation in SAP SuccessFactors.

Technical Compliance and Security Governance :

- Ensure all module configurations and data handling practices adhere to IT Security principles and relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, local compliance standards).

- Implement necessary controls to maintain data security, integrity, and compliance across the SuccessFactors landscape.

Integration and Support :

- Collaborate with technical teams to support the integration of SuccessFactors with SAP ECC/S/4HANA or other third-party HR systems.

- Provide expert functional and technical support for troubleshooting complex configuration and data issues post-go-live.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of direct, professional experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Module Expertise (Mandatory) : Mandatory hands-on configuration and implementation experience in at least one SuccessFactors sub-module (LMS, PMGM, or C&B).

- Project Lifecycle : Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to 1 full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

- Compliance Knowledge : Strong awareness of IT Security principles and knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards relevant to HR technology.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (Learning, Performance & Goals).

- Experience with advanced configuration and integration using Employee Central (EC) as the core HR master data.

- Proficiency in reporting tools like Report Center and People Analytics for SuccessFactors.

- Technical understanding of data migration tools and techniques used for cloud HR implementations.
