Role : SAP PP

Type : Permanent (No third-party payroll)

Location : Pune

Joining : 0 to 30 days / Immediate Joiners

Objectives :

- Processing and implementation of SAP PP/QM projects

- Manage SAP PP/QM projects

- Support SAP PP/QM module, SAP AddOn's and connections to surrounding tools

- Collaboration or sub-project management in SAP rollouts

Main tasks :

Project management SAP :

- Handle of small or medium sized projects or subprojects on IT side

- Creating and monitoring a project plan (effort, dates, resources and methods)

- Definition of a reporting and communication systems

Module tasks :

- Analyse, definition and implementation of processes / solutions (AddOns, etc.) in SAP PP/QM

- Consideration of safety, quality and cost effectiveness

- Checking the continuity of business processes beyond the system boundaries

- Carrying out professional tests (in coordination with the Departments) according to the test concept

- Creating complete documentation (operating or user manual, etc.)

- Creation of development orders for the SAP development

- Plan and initialize the implementation with the necessary resources

Ticket and Support :

- Error analysis and correction in SAP PP/QM (second level support)

- Development of sustainable suggestions for improvement

- Coordination between second and third level support (SAP development, SAP base, module responsible in CH-Hgg)

- Support of applications and users in the SAP PP/QM module

Interfaces :

- Specifying and implementing EDI interfaces to surrounding systems, like BDE or QM Tools

- Using tools and agile methods of the IT

SAP Rollout : Take over the IT PP/QM tasks during the SAP rollout.

- Fit Gap Analysis

- Specification / Customizing

- Data migration

- Tests

- Go Live preparation

- Go Live support
