Job Description : SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Techno-Functional Lead

We're looking for a skilled and experienced SAP PaPM Techno-Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with a specific focus on cost and revenue allocation, preferably within the Pharmaceutical or Medical Technology (MedTech) industries. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in SAP PaPM and the ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead PaPM Implementations : Drive the design, development, and implementation of SAP PaPM models for complex cost and revenue allocation processes.

- Techno-Functional Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging strong functional knowledge of profitability and performance management alongside hands-on technical skills in SAP PaPM.

- Model Development : Create and configure PaPM models, including the use of joins, queries, model tables, views, and various function types such as Allocations, Calculations, Remote Function Adapter (RFA), and Writer.

- Data Integration : Source and integrate data from multiple systems, including SAP HANA and SAP BW, to support reporting and analysis within PaPM.

- Stakeholder Management : Work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and drive solution delivery.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Actively participate in all project phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and other integration testing, ensuring the solution meets business and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Functional Expertise : Proven experience with cost and revenue allocation principles, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the Pharma or MedTech sectors.

- Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience creating and configuring SAP PaPM models.

- Data Handling : In-depth knowledge of sourcing and integrating data from different platforms into PaPM.

- Project Management : Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional project environment and manage various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience :

- Project Tools : Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.

- Change Management : Experience with Change and Release Management, particularly using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM).

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
