SAP MM Consultant - Support & Configuration

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support all aspects of the SAP MM module, including :

1. Purchasing

2. Inventory Management

3. Vendor Master Management

4. Invoice Verification

5. Logistics Invoice Processing

- Lead and manage end-to-end P2P (Procure-to-Pay) operations within SAP.

- Configure and support e-invoicing integration and ensure compliance with global standards (e.g., PEPPOL or country-specific frameworks).

- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into SAP MM functional specifications.

- Manage and execute SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) activities.

- Document functional specifications, configuration, test cases, and training materials.

- Provide support during system upgrades, patching, and enhancements.

- Liaise with business stakeholders to drive issue resolution and system improvements.

- Work closely with ABAP developers for custom development when required.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 6+ years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience in implementation and support projects.

- Proven expertise in SAP MM configuration across all key sub-modules.

- Experience with e-invoicing integration and global compliance frameworks such as PEPPOL.

- Strong understanding of P2P process flows and best practices.

- Experience in stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and end-user communication.

- Excellent documentation skills (functional specifications, SOPs, training documents).

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with integration of MM with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and WM is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

- SAP MM Certification is preferred.

- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models is a plus
