SAP Manufacturing Consultant - S/4 HANA Module

Role : SAP Manufacturing Consultant (SAP PP & PPDS)

Location : Pune / Nagpur, MH - Onsite

Job Type : Full-time

Working Hours : 6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST (US EST Time Zone)

Employment : Permanent position with Quantum, with the possibility of a future H1B visa sponsorship for an onsite role.

Joining Period : Must be able to join within 30 days of confirmation.

Job Description :

- SAP PPDS Configuration : Customize and configure the SAP PPDS module, including master data such as Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings, as well as demand, resource, and capacity planning.

- System Integration : Configure and manage SAP integration scenarios with other modules and third-party systems.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios to ensure system functionality and reliability.

- Communication & Collaboration : Work directly with end-users and third-party teams to provide support and gather feedback.

Essential Skills & Experience :

- 1 to 2 full-cycle implementations/migrations of SAP S/4HANA.

- Deep knowledge of embedded PPDS capabilities within S/4HANA for real-time planning.

- Expertise in Finite Capacity Scheduling to create realistic production schedules.

- Experience in using Optimization techniques within PPDS to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.

- Proficiency with planning tools such as the detailed scheduling planning board and product planning table.

- Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with stakeholders.

- Willingness to work in the US EST time zone (6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST).

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
