SAP IS-U Consultant - S/4 HANA Implementation & Support

Key Responsibilities :

- Minimum 6 years of experience working in the SAP ISU domain, preferably within Utilities.

- Experience in S4HANA implementation and support for SAP ISU modules.

- Configure and manage Billing Master Data including schema changes, rates, operands, variant programs, rate types, rate categories, price, and rate determinations to meet business requirements.

- Design and prepare Functional Specifications for billing and invoicing processes.

- Review and configure ISU Billing Master Data effectively.

- Develop and implement billing and invoicing enhancements; create custom variant programs aligned with business needs.

- Configure payment schemes and identify root causes for issues raised through incidents.

- Analyze defects and incidents; assess if changes are required and convert issues into Change Requests (CRs) when necessary.

- Ensure timely delivery of Change Requests in Quality and Production environments, adhering to business process documentation (BPDS).

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience with SAP S4HANA ISU implementation and support projects.

- Proficiency in configuring billing master data and creating variant programs.

- Experience troubleshooting payment schemes and resolving related issues.

- Ability to analyze business defects/incidents and translate them into development requests.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
