Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IMRO (Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul).

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

This role requires a combination of strong functional/technical SAP knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to deliver high-quality SAP solutions across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects across relevant SAP modules.

- Leverage SAP IMRO expertise to optimize inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul business processes.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP IMRO solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical teams, and stakeholders, to identify and resolve system issues.

- Provide functional and technical support throughout various project phases, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Ensure system configurations align with business needs and industry best practices.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.

- Support system testing activities such as unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of overall SAP experience in any SAP module (Functional or Technical).

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IMRO.

- Strong understanding of maintenance and overhaul business processes.

- Experience working on SAP implementation and support projects.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and flexible work environment.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
