We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead the solution design and implementation for complex projects. This full-time, onsite role in Pune requires 10+ years of dedicated experience across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in overall solutioning, with a mandatory track record in leading SAP Carve-out and implementation projects. A foundational background in SAP FICO is preferred to anchor the financial solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities & Architectural Deliverables :

1. Solution Leadership & Design :

- Overall Solutioning : Act as the lead architect, responsible for the overall solution design and blueprinting across complex SAP implementation and transformation projects.

- Carve-Out Expertise (Mandatory) : Lead the design and execution strategy for complex SAP Carve-out projects, including data separation, technical migration, and business process alignment in the target system.

- S/4HANA Roadmap : Drive the adoption and integration of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, guiding the client through functional changes and process improvements delivered by the new platform.

- FICO Foundation (Preferred) : Leverage a strong SAP FICO background to design core financial accounting, controlling, and reporting solutions.

2. Cross-Module Integration & Strategy :

- Cross-Module Understanding : Possess broad experience and a deep understanding of integration points across multiple SAP modules (beyond FICO), ensuring a cohesive and integrated enterprise solution.

- Requirements Translation : Elicit high-level business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure SAP architectural designs.

- Governance : Provide architectural governance, ensuring solutions adhere to best practices, security standards, and client technology strategy.

3. Mentorship & Documentation :

- Technical Guidance : Provide expert guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Documentation : Create and maintain high-quality architectural documentation, blueprints, and decision logs.
