Job Description :

We are looking for a SAP FICO Consultant with a strong focus on support, implementation, and integration in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Timely resolution of support tickets within SLA

- Meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets

- Managing ticket ageing effectively

- Identifying and resolving recurring issues (Problem Tickets)

- Contributing to SAP projects, including travel to client locations

- The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.

The qualifications and experience required for the role focused on support, implementation, and integration tools :

Core Requirements :

- Graduate degree with SAP FICO Certification (Commerce/Finance/Costing background preferred).

- 2 to 5 years of experience in SAP FICO Consulting.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).

- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- SAP Implementation experience (preferred).

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing business processes.

- Experience with period-end closing and integration activities.

- Integration experience with SD, MM, and PS modules.

- Proficiency in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support.

- Strong project documentation skills.

Bonus / Preferred Skills :

- ITIL certification or awareness of ITIL processes.

- Experience with ServiceNow (incident management, ticketing).

- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager.

- Basic understanding of ABAP debugging and user-exits.

- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standards.

Qualifications :

- Graduate degree with SAP FICO Certification (Commerce/Finance/Costing background preferred).
