SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support

Position : Senior SAP Finance Consultant.

Location : Pune / Mumbai.

We are looking for a Senior SAP Finance Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience to join our dynamic IT team.

The role involves solution design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP FICO modules in a global enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP FICO implementations & enhancements.

- Collaborate with finance stakeholders, translate requirements into SAP solutions.

- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP & non-SAP modules.

- Provide expert-level support, training, and documentation.

- Drive process improvements, compliance, and governance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years SAP FICO expertise (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, New GL, Cash Mgmt.

- 23 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.

- Strong configuration, problem-solving, and business process knowledge.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors degree in Finance/IT/Accounting or related field.

Preferred :

- S/4HANA Finance, CO-PA, Product Costing, PS integration.

- SAP certifications (FICO/S4).

- Oil & Gas / Energy industry experience.
