Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team, driving end-to-end financial transformation for our global clientele. In this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and robust SAP solutions, leading large-scale S/4 HANA implementations and optimization projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business process owners to streamline financial operations, ensuring that the SAP ecosystem delivers maximum value. Your work will directly influence the financial accuracy, reporting efficiency, and strategic decision-making capabilities of our clients, positioning you as a key architect of their digital finance journey.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules, ensuring seamless integration with other business processes to improve operational efficiency.

- Design and configure complex SAP FI and CO solutions, tailoring the system to meet specific client requirements and regulatory standards.

- Manage SAP Asset Management lifecycles to ensure accurate tracking and depreciation reporting for our clients' capital investments.

- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to translate high-level business needs into technical specifications and functional designs.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-implementation support to resolve critical issues and optimize system performance for end-users.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the technical proficiency of the broader SAP practice.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration, with a deep understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cost Center Accounting.

- Proven ability to lead full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations, showcasing a strong grasp of the Universal Journal and New Asset Accounting.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within distributed, remote-first teams across multiple locations in India.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing multiple project workstreams with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology, complemented by 6 - 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting.
