Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Analyst to join our team in Pune.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support and enhancement of our financial and controlling modules within the SAP ECC 6.0 environment.

You will bridge the gap between financial business requirements and technical system execution, ensuring seamless integration across SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Management Accounting).

This position requires a professional with deep functional expertise who can also navigate cross-module dependencies, specifically supporting integrations with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

Responsibilities:

- SAP Module Governance: Own the functional support and maintenance for SAP FI and SAP CO within an ECC 6.0 framework.

- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and optimize the integration points between FICO and the SAP MM and SAP SD modules to ensure end-to-end data integrity.

- Financial Process Engineering: Analyze complex financial business requirements and translate them into robust SAP configurations for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

- Controlling & Reporting: Implement and refine CO sub-modules, including Cost Center Accounting and Internal Orders, to drive actionable financial insights.

- System Troubleshooting: Act as the primary technical point of contact for resolving complex production incidents and performance bottlenecks within the FICO landscape.

- Technical Documentation: Produce clear, professional, and detailed functional specifications for custom RICEFW objects.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with evolving financial strategies.

- Operational Excellence: Define and utilize key metrics to measure system health and adherence to financial Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Technical Requirements:

- Core SAP Mastery: 7+ years of deep functional experience in SAP FICO.

- Version Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 implementations and support.

- Integration Proficiency: Proven ability to manage complex integrations with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.

- Accounting Fundamentals: Strong understanding of core financial accounting and management controlling principles.

- Process Knowledge: Deep familiarity with financial closing cycles, taxation, and asset accounting.

Preferred Skills:

- S/4HANA Readiness: Exposure to or understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts and migration paths.

- Problem-Solving Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills to deconstruct complex financial bottlenecks into logical system configurations.

- Communication Mastery: Strong verbal and written English skills for navigating cross-functional stakeholder management.
