SAP Expert - UI5/Fiori Modules

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP system implementation, maintenance, and support, with a strong specialization in SAP Fiori.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance business processes, improve user experience, and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP systems across modules to support business operations.

- Design, develop, and deploy SAP Fiori applications, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and propose solutions.

- Manage end-to-end SAP project activities including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system reliability.

- Create and manage SAP workflows, enhancements, and custom developments as needed.

- Integrate SAP systems with external applications, ensuring secure and smooth data flow.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.

- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers to end-users and project teams.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

- Provide expertise in SAP security, roles, and authorization management as applicable.

- Support change management initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Technical Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience (7+ years) in implementing and supporting SAP solutions across multiple modules.

- Strong expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 design, development, and deployment.

- Hands-on experience with ABAP programming, OData services, and SAP Gateway.

- Knowledge of SAP HANA, CDS views, and performance optimization techniques.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with SAP Basis administration concepts, system upgrades, and patching.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies such as PI/PO, CPI, or APIs.

- Knowledge of SAP Security, roles, and authorizations.

- Proficiency in project management methodologies, Agile/Scrum preferred.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- SAP certifications in Fiori/UI5 or S/4HANA are an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP Mobility solutions and cross-platform integration.

- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud or other reporting/visualization tools.

- Ability to lead small to medium-sized SAP projects and mentor junior consultants
