Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP EWM Architect & Solution Lead to oversee large-scale warehouse transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP EWM (decentralized and embedded), strong leadership and architecture design skills, and a proven track record in migrating decentralized EWM systems to S/4HANA decentralized environments.

This role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement, working closely with global stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall EWM architecture strategy, design, and roadmap for complex, multi-site deployments.

- Own the migration process from legacy SAP EWM decentralized systems to S/4HANA EWM decentralized systems, ensuring data, processes, and integrations are aligned and optimized.

- Drive solution governance, ensuring adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards.

- Oversee and manage a team of EWM consultants, ensuring consistent delivery, mentoring, and skills development.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and supply chain leadership to align warehouse solutions with evolving operational goals.

- Provide expert-level support for EWM functions such as: Inbound/Outbound logistics Advanced RF and automation integration Cross-docking, Kitting, VAS MFS (Material Flow System) Yard and Labor Management Coordinate end-to-end integration with SAP S/4HANA core modules, TM, and third-party systems.

- Lead architectural and design workshops, cutover planning, and hypercare support post go-live.

- Support pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and proposal development as needed.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 15+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 10+ years in SAP EWM including decentralized architecture.

- Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale EWM programs, including team management.

- Strong expertise in migrating decentralized EWM systems to S/4HANA EWM decentralized.

- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, automation, and logistics execution.

- Hands-on configuration and architecture experience in : RF/UI5 Handling Units & Packing Physical Inventory & Stock Management Integration with PLC/WCS and third-party automation tools Familiarity with ABAP debugging, functional spec writing, and custom enhancement design.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Experience in working with global stakeholders and delivering multi-country rollouts.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Certified in EWM and/or S/4HANA Logistics.

- Experience with Agile / Activate methodology.

- Exposure to SAP TM, Yard Logistics, or Industry-specific warehouse requirements.

- Experience in regulated Automotive industry is a plus.

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
