We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Technical Consultant to manage the implementation, configuration, and integration of the SAP Concur Expense and Travel Management platform. This role requires a strong technical background in cloud-based applications, SAP integration, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on end-to-end technical implementation of SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice).

- Configure Concur according to business requirements including workflow setup, audit rules, policies, and forms.

- Develop and support integration between SAP Concur and ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other systems) via SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or middleware tools.

- Set up and maintain Concur Web Services (Webhooks, APIs) for custom integrations or enhancements.

- Support data uploads and extracts using Concur Import/Extract tools (e.g., employee data, expense types, cost objects).

- Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues in coordination with SAP support.

- Coordinate with functional teams, finance, and HR to ensure solution alignment with business processes.

- Perform testing (unit, system, integration) and assist in UAT support.

- Create and maintain technical documentation including configuration, interfaces, and troubleshooting guides.

- Stay up to date with SAP Concur updates and releases and assess their impact on current configurations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in SAP Concur with at least 2+ years in technical/configuration roles.

- Strong hands-on experience in configuring SAP Concur modules especially Expense and Travel.

- Experience with Concur APIs/Web Services (REST/SOAP) for custom development and integration.

- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies : SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), PI/PO, Dell Boomi, etc.

- Understanding of Concur workflow engine, audit rules, and user profiles.

- Experience working with middleware platforms, data transformation, and secure data exchange protocols.

- Familiarity with SAML SSO, OAuth, SFTP, and integration security best practices.
