Job Title : Sap Cusomer Data Cloud (CDC).


Location : Pune.


Experience : 10 + years.


Job Type : Full Time Permanent.


Notice Period : Immediate joiners.


Client : MNC Client.


Mandatory Skill : SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), including architecture, implementation, and support, SIAM (System Integration and Management).


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP CDC solutions for enterprise clients.


- Manage and execute complex integrations between SAP CDC and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing platforms).


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for both B2B and B2C clients.


- Oversee and enhance identity and access management (IAM) solutions, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.


- Drive SIAM initiatives, ensuring smooth integration and management of multiple service providers.


- Act as a subject matter expert for client onboarding, providing guidance and best practices to internal teams and clients.


- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.


- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.


- Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP CDC, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and related technologies.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), including architecture, implementation, and support.


- Proven track record of integrating SAP CDC with various enterprise platforms and third-party systems.


- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C onboarding processes and best practices.


- Experience with SIAM (System Integration and Management) frameworks and methodologies.


- Excellent knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts.


- Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)


- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
