Role : SAP BW BPC Embedded Consultant.

Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded solutions on BW on HANA.

- Configure and customize BPC Embedded functionalities, including data models, business rules, script logic, and input forms.

- Develop and maintain planning applications and reports.

- Conduct system testing and ensure data integrity.

- Design and develop planning objects, including Advanced DataStore Objects (aDSOs), Aggregation Levels, Planning Functions, Work Status, Business Process Flows, and Bex queries.

- Optimize planning models for performance and scalability.

- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Analysis for Office (AFO).

- Provide training and support to end-users on AFO.

- Understand and utilize BW and HANA functionalities in the context of BPC Embedded.

- Optimize data flows and performance within BW on HANA.

- Write detailed functional and technical specifications for Fox planning functions.

- Document configurations and processes.

- Implement business planning processes.

- (Good to have) Provide support for BPC Consolidation processes.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project

managers.

- Provide expert advice and support to clients.

- Conduct workshops and trainings.

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP BPC Embedded.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Extensive experience in SAP BPC 10.1 Embedded implementation and configuration.

- Strong understanding of Business Planning processes.

- Deep expertise in BW on HANA.

- Proficiency in designing and developing planning objects (aDSOs, Aggregation Levels, Planning Functions, Work Status, Business Process Flows, Bex queries).

- Hands-on experience with Analysis for Office (AFO).

- Strong understanding of script logic, and business rules.

- Proficiency in SAP BW and HANA modeling.

- Experience with SAP BPC Embedded scripting and configuration.

- Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong documentation skills.

- 5 - 12 years of experience as an SAP BW BPC Embedded Consultant.

- Implementation experience in planning.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :
