Description :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Lead who will drive solution design, technical delivery, and team execution for SAP BTP-based initiatives.

This role combines deep hands-on expertise with technical leadership, solution ownership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable SAP BTP solutions and extensions for SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

- Define application architecture using SAP BTP services, CAPM, Fiori/UI5, and SAP Build tools.

- Guide development teams on best practices for cloud-native development, security, performance, and scalability.

- Oversee integration designs between SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs and event-driven patterns.

- Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure overall solution quality.

- Act as a technical point of contact for business stakeholders, functional teams, and project managers.

- Support release planning, deployment strategies, and production issue resolution.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building within the team.

Required Skills & Experience :

- The candidate should have 7- 10 years of SAP development experience with strong specialization in SAP BTP solution design and delivery.

- This includes leading development efforts using CAPM (Node.js), SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Build tools, along with deep integration experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- The role requires the ability to design end-to-end BTP architectures, guide teams on development and deployment standards, and make technical decisions aligned with business goals.

- Strong knowledge of databases, ABAP for SAP backend integration, and experience working in complex enterprise environments is essential
