Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects & BI Platform Administrator to manage, optimize, and support enterprise Business Intelligence platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP BusinessObjects administration, migration, Power BI platform management, cloud-based BI environments, and infrastructure automation. This role will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of BI platforms while supporting analytics and reporting services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, maintain, and optimize SAP BusinessObjects environments, including:

1. Central Management Server (CMS)

2. File Repository Server (FRS)

3. Adaptive Processing Server (APS)

4. Web Intelligence (WebI)

5. Scheduling and Publication Services

- Perform SAP BusinessObjects upgrades, migrations, patching, and platform consolidation activities.

- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP BO platform performance, availability, and security.

- Manage Power BI Service environments, including:

1. Workspaces

2. Gateways

3. Data Refresh Management

4. Premium/Fabric Capacity Administration

- Support cloud-based Business Intelligence platforms such as Sigma or similar analytics solutions.

- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform or equivalent tools.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for BI platform deployments and analytics workloads.

- Manage and support BI workloads running on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure Cloud Platform (ACP).

- Implement platform observability, monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity governance requirements.

- Support report bursting and distribution solutions such as Wiisdom CAST 360 or equivalent tools.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable BI services.

- Develop operational documentation, support procedures, and platform best practices.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience administering SAP BusinessObjects in enterprise environments.

- Expertise in SAP BO architecture, CMS, FRS, APS, WebI, scheduling, and platform optimization.

- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects migration and upgrade projects.

- Strong Power BI Service administration experience, including gateways and Premium/Fabric capacities.

- Experience supporting cloud-based BI platforms and analytics solutions.

- Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for BI and analytics platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.

- Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and performance management solutions.

- Strong understanding of RBAC, identity management, and access governance.

- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with Sigma Computing or similar cloud analytics platforms.

- Experience with Wiisdom CAST 360 or equivalent report bursting tools.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation frameworks.

- Experience with enterprise data warehousing and analytics ecosystems.
