Job Title : SAP BASIS Systems Administrator Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Systems Administrators Leader to oversee SAP BASIS operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of SAP environments while driving upgrades, system improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of SAP systems.

- Administer & maintain SAP environments (S/4 HANA, ECC, HANA).

- Perform installations, upgrades, patches & configurations.

- Troubleshoot complex integrated SAP applications & system issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.

- Monitor system health, security, and compliance with IT governance standards.

- Support system migrations, project deployments & updates.

- Document system changes, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

- Support architecture and integration of 3rd-party applications with SAP.

- Perform administrative duties for 3rd-party apps (e.g., Vertex).

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

- 5+ years implementing SAP products, including S/4 HANA.

- 5+ years hands-on SAP BASIS experience.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging & performance tuning experience.

- Experience working on medium to large SAP initiatives.

- Strong business process understanding & stakeholder communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with distributed onshore/offshore teams.
