Major Tasks :

- Monitor health and proactively address performance bottlenecks or capacity issues of SAP systems across various landscapes (Development, QA, Production).

- Coordinate with infrastructure teams for database, OS, and network-related tasks.

- Perform daily SAP Basis operations including system monitoring(SM13, RZ20, SOST, SM21, SMGW, DBACOCKPIT etc), performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Manage SAP transports, perform transport imports, client copies, system refreshes, and user administration.

- Plan and coordinate SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, and kernel updates.

- Coordinate SAP Basis tasks with external consultancy company.

- Document infrastructure architecture, Basis procedures, system configurations and operational procedures.

- Constantly driving improvement and innovation.

- Follow global IT standards, security standards and implement development naming conventions.

About the Role :

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Top knowledge of S/4 and ECC concept.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar areas.

- Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, and HANA DB.

- Experience with SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Connector.

- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

- Familiarity with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veam, HANA Studio).

- Experience with international projects.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- And of course this job is in English language.
